Refund policy
30-day return period and legal right to withdraw
You have two separate rights:
- Legal right of withdrawal: you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery.
- Voluntary 30-day return option: you may request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.
How to return an item
Email contact@ergoradesk.com within 30 days after delivery and include your order number. You do not have to give a reason.
Wait for our confirmation before sending anything. We will confirm the return instructions and applicable return address. You then have 14 days to dispatch the return. The return address can differ from the parcel's dispatch origin.
Return shipping costs
For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay the return shipping. We recommend a tracked service because the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us first. We will arrange the appropriate solution and cover the return cost where a return is required.
We charge no restocking fee.
Refunds
For withdrawal from a whole order, we refund the product price plus the standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate. For a partial return, we refund the returned products.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received, or earlier where required by law. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that they were sent, whichever occurs first. There is no refund fee.
Product condition
You may inspect a product as you would in a shop: unpack it, check the size, fit, materials and functioning. If it shows handling beyond what is reasonably needed for that inspection, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. We will explain the amount and reason before processing the refund.
Exclusions
The legal right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal is broken. We state an applicable exclusion on the product page before purchase.
Faulty items and legal guarantee
You have a legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years after delivery. If a product does not match the description or reasonable expectations, you may be entitled to repair or replacement free of charge, or to a price reduction or refund where that is not possible.
This legal right is separate from the 30-day return option and does not end after 30 days.
Cancelling before dispatch
Email contact@ergoradesk.com with your order number. If the order has not been handed to the carrier, we will cancel it and refund it in full. After dispatch, the return process above applies.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the eligible item and place a new order for the preferred item.
