Shipping policy

Free shipping from €50 in our 22-country EU delivery zone

Orders of €50 or more qualify for free shipping in the countries listed below. Below €50, a flat rate of €4.95 applies. Prices include VAT, and the shipping charge and final total are shown before payment.

Fulfilment and dispatch origin

Orders are fulfilled by CJdropshipping and its logistics partners. Depending on stock and destination, a parcel may be dispatched from China or a regional warehouse. Products in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

The dispatch origin is not the return address. Contact us before returning anything; we will confirm the applicable return instructions and address.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday, before being handed to the carrier. Dutch public holidays are not business days. Our order cutoff is 2:00 PM Central European Time, Amsterdam time. Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch, most orders to the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy and Spain arrive in 5-9 business days, for a total estimate of 6-12 business days including processing. The total estimate for the other listed countries is 6-14 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Tracking

We send a tracking link by email after dispatch. Tracking can take some time to become active.

We currently deliver to 22 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden. Availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

We currently do not deliver to Bulgaria, Cyprus, Latvia, Malta or Slovenia.
