Free shipping

You never pay shipping costs with us, regardless of the value of your order. Simply because we believe that is how it should be.

In the event of loss or damage, we will always work with you to find a solution.

For extra peace of mind, we offer insured shipping with increased coverage and additional checks. This costs €2.95, but is completely optional.

Delivery time

We process your order within 1–3 business days. After that, it usually takes an average of 4–9 business days for your package to be delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium and most other European countries. In total, delivery usually takes place within 5–12 days after placing your order.

Track your order

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link that allows you to easily follow your package. This way, you know exactly when to expect it.
